Not all of the information needs be entered but the complaint type is essential as this is one of the factors used for analysis.

One of the options that may be chosen is e-mail notification of the accountable person. Once logged, the accountable person is sent an e-mail notifying him or her of this and adding the need for a response to their TO DO list.

If the problem was caused by a non-conformance to a system, this can be designated as such by ticking the
Non-Conformance box.

As with all INTACT issues, actions linked to this complaint can be entered using the Actions button at the bottom of the page.
