Non-conformances can be recorded within INTACT in several ways:

• Non-conformances with the Health & Safety or Enviormental Management systems are recorded using the event form, and clicking the non-conformance box at the top left hand corner.
  
• Non-conformances with the Quality Management system are recorded using the Internal Problems or Customer Complaint forms, again clicking the non-conformance box in the bottom right hand corner.
• Non-conformances during any audit are recorded on the audit form by clicking the non-conformance box.
